How should I display my purchased art?

Like any piece of art it is recommended that you do not display it in direct sunlight. The only exception being if you wish to use special UV glass.

What is the longivity of wool, will it deteriorate?

Think of the Bayeux Wool Tapestry created in the 11th Century which is still looking quite remarkable. All my wools are dyed to certified standards and stringently tested using the BWS  (Blue Wool Standard) for lightfastness. Interesting the BSW has been adopted by other industries as their benchmark for testing lightfastness of materials such as inks, pastels and watercolours.

How will I receive my artwork if brought online?

Any online purchase will be shipped out using a reputable courier within 14 days of purchase. You will be able to track the progress of your parcel.

What happens if I change my mind when I receive the artwork?

Don't worry if for what ever reason you change your mind you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork to return it and you will be fully refunded for the price of the artwork. Please see Terms and Conditions for further information

Can I buy original wool works online from you?

Not at present though this is something I am carefully considering. It is likely that all original works that are purchases from me online will have a Certificate of Authenticity to prove that it is the real McCoy. In the meantime do contact me to find out the nearest place or event where you can view my work.
